Term and Condition

1. Order

Bamboo Green Florist will issue an order reference number automatically. This confirms that we have received your order correctly. Please make sure you enter your email address on the appropriate field on our Order Form. Please keep a note of your personal order number for reference. If there is any ambiguity with orders received by Bamboo Green Florist, we will endeavor to fulfill your order to the best of our ability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part at any time. 

PLEASE NOTICE THAT THERE IS A RM130.00 MINIMUM ORDER FOR EACH AND EVERY DELIVERY. More gift ideas cannot be purchased on its own, available to purchase as a add-ons to your arrangement of flowers or cake.

2. Delivery

Standard Delivery

Orders received before 1:30pm (Malaysia time GMT+0800hrs) can be delivered within same day. Otherwise the deliveries will be made on the next day, or on  the first day of the following week if you happened to make your order on Sunday or late Saturday.

If you require delivery over the weekend or special arrangements made, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, an extra delivery fee will be applicable.

For festive occasions, all orders must reach us 2 days in advance.

Delivery Outside Malaysia orders must be placed at least 2 days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, before the desired delivery time (4 days during festive seasons).

Delivery Time

We seek for your kind understanding that request for specific delivery time or short time frame (10 – 11am) cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers’ delivery routes scheduled for that day. 

During extremely busy periods, such as Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas, we reserve the right to extend our delivery window to delivery from 7:00am to 11:00pm in order to guarantee that all orders will be delivered on the day requested.

Redelivery

By using our delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their best professional judgment as to whether or not the flowers can be safely left at the delivery address should no one be there to receive them. We can hold no liability for the flowers from this point on.

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g. You have provided us with an incorrect address or no one is home during your selected delivery time and there is no safe place to leave the order) a redelivery fee will apply to the same value as the original delivery fee. You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick the arrangement up from our store. If Bamboo Green Florist is in any way responsible for the redelivery, this redelivery fee will not apply.

If a security person or concierge is obligated to receive the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot accept responsibility for the flowers from this point on.

Orders with alcohol, gourmet food, gifts, hamper or cake cannot be left unattended. Should no one be at the delivery address to sign for the order, the order will be returned to the studio and a redelivery fee will apply. A touch-up and re-delivery fee of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable.

3. Price & Promotion

Prices

As the flowers provided by Bamboo Green Florist are subject to seasonal and other price rises beyond the control of Bamboo Green Florist, prices might be changed at the discretion of Bamboo Green Florist. We are not liable for any compensation to you resulting from such changes.

* Due to an increase in cost of fresh flowers like Roses, Tulips, Lilies,etc in February, all affected orders placed for delivery between 1 to 15 Feb will be subjected to an increase in price. Upon receiving your order, we will contact you for the price difference and seek for your advice to proceed with the order with the increased price or have the flowers replaced at the usual price.

Promotional Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date. A special offer or promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional code. In the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of a product falls or is discounted due to a special offer or promotional code, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. We are unable to offer special offer discounts or apply promotional codes for purchases that have already been made. As our special offers are often made available due to the availability of products, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to offer personalized special offers and promotions which will only be redeemable by the customer in receipt of the special offer.

4. Payment Modes

If you have an Internet banking account with Maybank, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, Bank Islam, RHB Bank, AM Bank, CIMB Bank, you may choose to make your payment by selecting the ipay88 Internet banking option and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

After payment made, you can upload the payment slip at the payment submission form and indicate your order ID for us to duly processed your order. 

Credit or Debit Card

We accept card payment via Visa and Mastercard. You may choose to pay online through our secured electronic payment gateway, PayPal users can also pay with their PayPal account.

How do I use my credit/discount coupon?

Credit coupon codes or discount coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process. The new total cost will be reflected before you confirm the order.

5. Substitutions

Bamboo Green Florist reserves the right to substitute the flower varieties and colours shown in the online shop subject to availability. We will always endeavor to match the product as shown, but should the flower not be available, they will substitute these with an equally attractive flower of equal or greater value. The same applies to vases, glassware, bears, wines, hamper products and fresh fruit.

6. Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellation of order must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time for Penang delivery; and 48 hours in advance for outstation delivery. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
  • Full purchase amount will apply if the order has been delivered.
  • A processing fee of 6% of the total purchase price will be charged for each refund.

Any refund on the order will be processed and completed approximately between 3 to 4 working weeks. Hence, it may not be reflected immediately on your up-coming card statement.
