7. Can the orders be fulfilled all the time?

Orders received before 1:30pm (Malaysia time GMT+0800hrs) can be delivered within same day. Otherwise the deliveries will be made on the next day, or on  the first day of the following week if you happened to make your order on Sunday or late Saturday.

If you require delivery over the weekend or special arrangements made, or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

For festive occasions,all orders must reach us 2 days in advance.

Delivery Outside Malaysia orders must be placed at least 2 days, excluding Sundays and public holidays, before the desired delivery time (4 days during festive seasons).

What are the Coverage Areas for the delivery service?

How much is the shipping charge?

Delivery is FREE within Malaysia, and there are no other hidden charges.

All prices are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) . However, the estimate equivalent is shown in US dollars.

How do I make payment?

We have 3 modes of payment Credit Card (Diners, Amex,Visa or Master), deposit to Bank Accounts (MBB,PBB) and Maybank2u.

Is the online payment system secure?

Yes, it is. Our website uses the Secure Socket Layer(SSL) technology for encrypting and sending your credit card details. The system protects your credit card details from being intercepted and used fraudently while the information is in transit over the net.

How I know that my order has been received?

All order will receive a confirmation message from us. If you hear no news from us within 12 hours. Please call us at +604 331 5644, or fax us at +604 331 9303 ,or e-mail us. For an urgent order, call for an immediate confirmation.

Seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colours may not always be available. In some cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfil your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are mere approximations. However, you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers' sizes.

In certain extreme cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve the right to substitute
your order with another item which is of equal or higher value. Containers shown may not always be available as well. In these circmstances, alternative containers of similar value and style will be used.

Prices shown are not for St. Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Prices for the two celebrations will be announced two weeks on this site prior to the celebrations.


MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If under certain unfortunate and unforeseeable circumstances whereby your credit card transaction has been approved and we were unable to deliver your order, then we would either reverse the credit card transaction, or attempt to fulfil the order again, subject to your preference. We hope such things will never happen.
